Dr. Robert M. Lowen established his solo practice in 1988, and specializes exclusively in cosmetic plastic surgery. A leading plastic surgeon serving the East Bay and the entire San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Lowen is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Lowen holds active staff privileges at El Camino Hospital and Sequoia Hospital.
