Experience

Dr Ramzi Shehadi obtained his Bachelors degree in Biology from the American University of Beirut in 1984. He pursued graduate studies in Medicine from the St Louis University School of Medicine followed by an MD from the same Institution in 1989. Dr. Shehadi has obtained hands on surgical training at various reputed hospitals in the US. He is board-certified as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon and has obtained fellowships in aesthetic surgery as well as hand and microsurgery from distinguished Institutes in the US. Dr. Shehadi is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the States of Wisconsin and Kentucky in USA as well as in Lebanon and UAE.

Dr. Shehadi has done several fellowships and internships including plastic surgery, microsurgery and craniofacial surgery. He is experienced in all forms of cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery and is a fully trained and accomplished surgeon as well.

Dr. Shehadi has worked as a Consultant Plastic surgeon at the American University of Beirut Medical Center with teaching responsibilities to medical and research students. He is instrumental in setting up and launching the plastic surgery service at the reputed Hazmieh International Medical Center in Hazmieh, Lebanon. After having undertaken solid education and advanced training to provide care that you can trust, Dr. Shehadi in his endeavor to further his efforts, is currently a partner at the Plastic Surgery Institute in Beirut, Lebanon where he provides the level of care and treatment that you deserve – the very best.

Dr. Shehadi has published many articles and has lectured on various plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery topics. He continues to attend various local, regional as well as international conferences and seminars to keep current with the latest cosmetic and plastic surgical techniques. He believes that the best patient is an informed patient and does his utmost to keep him informed.

Dr. Shehadi is happily married and blessed with two daughters and a son and loves to spend his free time with his family. He is involved with various charitable organizations to provide free medical and surgical care to those in need.
